1989 VERNA WALKER JONES

Home Economics teacher at Bingham (1935-1962)

Home Economics Department Chair

She helped to open Hillcrest High School in 1962.

She taught the lifetime skills of cooking and sewing to thousands of Bingham Miners.

Her goal was to have all her students enjoy home economics as much as she did.
