Taught dance, health and physical education at Bingham High (1940-1969) and Brighton High (1969-1980)
Founded the Bingham High Dance Company and formulated the modern dance system at Bingham High and the Jordan School District,
Established the first dance program in the Jordan School District
Pioneer advisor for the Bingham High Minerettes which she built into one of the most popular and prestigious programs at Bingham High
Originated the Miss Coppertonian Contest to choose Bingham High’s yearbook queen
Member of the National Dance Council
Member of the General Board of the LDS Church’s Young Women’s Program overseeing dance programs
Member of the State School Board Dance Committee
Supervisor of Dance for the Salt Lake County Recreation Program
Awarded the Most Outstanding Health and PE Teacher Award (1977)
